WHAT TO WEAR THIS FESTIVE SEASON

Ooh hail! The holidays are here, my favourite time of the year. What’s your favourite time of the year?
During this time, people plan for vacays and get aways! Guess what they need, a suit case with all the necessary items corresponding with their check list✅.
           Note to self, do not overpack.
Also this time of the year there’s a lot of partying and cocktail parties to attend; in fact just recently was the nairobi cocktail festival and what you need is the right outfit for the occasion.

This semester was quite challenging but the fun part was when we got to arrange for a fashion show as the final exam and show case our own designs.(I did post lots of picture and videos)
 This dress was in the glamour category designed by me of course and it fits as the perfect outfit to dress for a cocktail party/ wine tasting. Nothing spells sophistication and glam like this black dress, black is sophistication and damn right black is beauty
December is here y’all and she’s bringing lots of wine.

 Thanksgiving
I don’t think we celebrate this here in Kenya,rather we go for “get togethers” during this period and you need to be fashionably dressed as well as modestly and the perfect dress to go for the occasion keeping in mind your grand parents will be present as well as uncles.
Who says you get to meet your family members only?  Your in-laws might be present and you can leave them in awe with this dress.
You can always throw a scarf on

It’s stressful yet very exciting to arrange for a get away either by yourself with friends or family. Your travel bag should never lack a bikini and a sundress to put on while strolling along the beach holding hands with bae or even taking pictures with your folks, it’s very important to be decent( some of the lifestyle we borrow from the western, should be tamed by incoperating some of our own African culture  by tying a lesso/shuka round your waist.
